Vita Nova Centre's annual fun walk brought together residents and local organisations for a day of fitness and community spirit.

Vita Nova Centre’s annual fun walk brought the community together for a day of fitness and fundraising, with families and local organisations participating.

The event featured performers, stallholders, bikers, and community members, while several organisations and businesses supported the initiative.

Centre director Michelle Immelman said the community’s response exceeded their expectations.

“There simply aren’t enough words to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this day such an outstanding success,” she said.

Immelman thanked the volunteers, sponsors and businesses that helped make the event possible, as well as the Springs Gold Rotary Club for managing registrations, Daggafontein CPF for assisting at the water point and Dr Joshua Thulani for ensuring the participating dogs were fit to take part.

She also acknowledged the contributions of performers, stallholders, and everyone who attended the event.

“Your kindness, generosity and community spirit remind us that together we can achieve amazing things.

“We are incredibly grateful to each and every one of you for making this year’s annual fun walk a truly unforgettable day,” she concluded.
