Results for Pollak Park Golf Club
Pollak Park Golf Club had a busy week of golf. Results for the various golf competitions are as follows:
Wednesday’s pro-shop competition saw Johan Roost take first position with 40 points on count out.
Christo Broodryk secured the second position with 39 points on count out.
Thursday’s pensioners competition saw David Woodroffe secure the first position with 39 points on count out.
His runner-up, Fred Schutter obtained a total of 38 points on count out.
Friday’s meat competition resulted in JP Swanepoel securing first position with a total of 42 points.
Daniel Schotte, his runner-up, obtained 37 points on count out.
The best front nine was Heinrich Bronkhorst with 17 points, while Frikkie Mynhardt was the best back nine with 22 points.
“Thanks to all the players and congratulations to all the winners,” said Rachel Howard of the club’s pro shop.
