Chamber golf day saw 92 players tee off

Juan Radley and Jason Heath won the first prize at the Eastern Gauteng Chamber of Commerce and Industry's (EGCCI) annual golf day held at Pollak Park on Thursday.

They won the four-ball Betterball Stableford competition with 45 points.

The 92 golfers represented 17 companies at the fund-raising event.

Their runners-up were Koos van der Berg and Peet Labuschagne who took second prize also with 45 points.

Clinton Hall and Joe van Aulock took third place with 45 points and Gerrie Mostert and Louis Nel came fourth with 45 points.

Fifth prize was taken by Pravin Naidoo and Dean Lotriet with 44 points.

Life Parkland Hospital supported the event with several packed ‘tablets’ which they handed out to the golfers.

Anita Greeff, EGCCI general manager, was impressed with all the support on the day.

“Without the support of our business members the golf day would not have been such a great success,” she says.
