Springs Old Boys u-8 win 4-1 at home

The Springs Old Boys u-8 team were ruthless in their defeat of Alberton on Saturday.

The home team won 4-1 against the visitors and made it four wins in a row.

Coach Kelly Clarke was pleased with the result but says there is room for improvement.

“It’s been a long season. We’ve been playing since April.

“We’re obviously better at home than away but our defence is a problem.

“As it stands, we have an outside chance of winning the league,” says Clarke.
