Geanné Dicks won on an RSC round two against Owam Mabopha.

Freddie says he is very pleased with their performance in the ring, even though he thinks they need more fitness and skill training.

Geanné and Gerhard Thysse are going to represent Ekurhuleni from May 17 to 19 at the Gauteng Youth and Elite Championships in Koedoespoort, Pretoria.

“We know both these boxers are well prepared and we believe they will return with gold medals once again.

“We at Bert Collins wish them the best of luck and will be there to support them,” says Freddie.
