The greens at the Springs Old Boys Bowling Club were a hive of activity on Sunday morning as the Trinity Methodist Church held their fund-raiser.

There were more than 100 players each wanting to raise money for the church.

“This was our first bowling day this year, but we usually have fund-raising activities every two or three months.

“The money we raise goes towards the maintenance of the church,” says Edgar.

Although players played their hearts out, at the end of the day, the real winner was the church.
