Old Boys feel good about upcoming season

Eager young soccer players from Springs signed up for this season’s Easterns league on Wednesday evening at Springs Old Boys.

New and old players alike lined up and registered themselves for the upcoming Easterns season.

Soccer U-10 coach and co-chairperson of Old Boys Kelly Clark says he is optimistic about the upcoming season.

Clark says: “The club as a whole had a good season last year, so we will be carrying that momentum into this year’s season.

“The soccer club has grown substantially, and we will be as competitive as always.”

All teams should be full by February 19 and the Easterns season will start toward the end of March.
