Pollak Park is excited to announce Dewald Strander as its new head professional.

Despite some intermittent rainfall on Saturday, the weekend’s weather was well suited for a game of golf at Pollak Park.
The monthly medal competition was held on Saturday and the results are:
A division:
• Best gross: Jacques Roux oco 74.
• Best nett: Stefan van der Merwe 68

• Best gross: Gareth McKay 82.
• Best nett: Nickey Minnaar 70.
C division
• Best gross: Wikus Nel 94.
• Best nett: Neels van Aswegen 75.

• Helene Palmer hole number 17.
• Dudley Palmer hole number 4.

Raymond Garside won the Visitors Medal for best gross (81).
