Springs swimming team Team H2O swimming club started in 2013, and the swimmers have grown from strength to strength.
As difficult as the 2020/2021 season has been, the swimmers have put in tremendous amounts of effort into achieving their goals.
A lot of training and dedication is needed to be competitive in the world of swimming, and the following swimmers excelled:
• Ethan Murray achieved personal best times.
• Mikaela van Heerden achieved personal best times and a second place in 50m butterfly and 100m backstroke.
• Hencko Pitzer achieved personal best times and first place in the 50m and 100m breaststroke and 50m backstroke, and second in 50 and 100m freestyle level two.

• Keira Ellerbeck achieved personal best times and a gold medal in 200m freestyle.
• Luke Robberson achieved personal bests.
• Luciano Barros achieved personal bests, second place in 200m and third in the 100m breaststroke and 200m freestyle level three.
• Leonardo Barros, Ashton Hurst, Connor Kruger and Christen Kruger all achieved personal bests.
• Taylin Cronk achieved personal bests and gold in 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke. She also qualified for SA National Junior times.

• Byron Buckley achieved personal bests and bronze in 50m and 100m breaststroke and 50m butterfly. He qualified for SA National Junior times.
Coach Heather Grafe thanked the parents of the swimmers for their time and effort.
