Welcome to the Springs parkrun
You can never go wrong with a bit of exercise and meeting new people
The Springs parkrun is held every Saturday at 08:00. Entrance is free of charge for everyone.
Runners and walkers of all ages can register at Presidents Park before the run – just get there with your phone and dedicated parkrun members will help. Bring your loved ones for some healthy fun and meet new people.
The Spar Women’s Challenge was run virtually with last week’s parkrun. It was Springs parkrun’s 211th event and a total of 283 runners participated.
