As far as horror-thrillers go, this one gave me quite a few heart palpitations.
More of a horror than a thriller, I truly enjoyed this one as it constantly kept me on the edge of my seat and there was not even one stage in the movie where I was disappointed.
Between all the screaming and really scary scenes, it had a few good humour pieces, which I wasn’t expecting at all.
The movie centres around a group of teenagers who throw a party and find themselves in mortal danger in the aftermath.
They decide to experiment with rituals in an abandoned building that housed many horrors in its past.
Lo and behold, a malevolent spirit infiltrates the group, wreaking havoc and panic.
Some of them became possessed, and the inexperienced group attempt an exorcism, leading to disastrous consequences.
I could not believe the ending, it was the last thing I ever expected.
