Joyous celebration for Easter
South Africa’s biggest and best loved gospel ensemble, MTN Joyous Celebration, launches its 20th anniversary tour with three shows at Carnival City in March.
The acclaimed gospel group will perform in the Big Top Arena over the Easter weekend, on March 25, 26 and 27.
With two decades of glorious worship and music behind them, MTN Joyous Celebration is undoubtedly the most successful musical ensemble of its kind in the history of South Africa.
The 20 year anniversary celebrations commenced with the live CD and DVD recording of Joyous 20 at the iconic Moses Mabhida Stadium in December.
Now the celebrations continue in earnest as the production embarks on a nationwide tour.
The show is an audio visual spectacular, with their signature moves, majestic voices, unmatched harmonies and spectacular costumes that have become synonymous with the ensemble and have endeared them to throngs of fans across the globe.
The Friday and Saturday show start at 7.30pm, while the Easter Sunday show will get underway at 5pm to ensure families can enjoy the music together.
