Andy always knows he gets a birthday gift that he really doesn’t like every year and is not looking forward to his twelfth birthday.

But this time mom and dad surprise him with a second-hand cellphone. What he doesn’t know is that the phone has magical powers that are about to open up a whole new world of adventure.

Excited to own his very own cellphone, Andy switches his new mobile cellular on and within hours he is swept away on an adventure of a lifetime.

The lad didn’t know that receiving cryptic messages the entire day at school about a secret meeting, was only the beginning.

Andy finally lands in ‘the world next door’ and the only thing he can think of is his parents and the chocolate cake that would be cooling off on the kitchen counter.

Soon after, Andy makes friends with Harold and Lexi as they try to help him find his phone which will take him back home before his parents get worried.

But the children didn’t see evil Elvira coming their way with her devious plans.

Can Andy and his friends find the cellphone before Elvira executes her plans?

This is a great read for children aged between eight to 12 years old. It is very entertaining and full of adventure allowing the reader to let their imagination run wild.
