Classes for mothers go online

Kwa-Thema – Gontse Nyakle, a Flourish franchisee, is hosting antenatal and postnatal classes for pregnant women and mothers of babies ranging from newborn to six months old. Due to the pandemic, she has extended her classes to online. “We are now conducting classes face to face and online, and the great news is that virtual classes are run through a data-free app. “The in-person classes are hosted at Selope Clinic and last for a maximum of 10 weeks with participants attending once a week.

“Our aim as Flourish is to help all moms get information on healthy living and motherhood. “We want to reduce stunting upon babies so they can develop properly,” said Nyakle.
