Help Hospice East Rand this Mandela Day

The organisation is pleading for help and support from the community this year.

With Mandela Day around the corner, Hospice East Rand is appealing to the community for help.
Schools within the organisation’s geographical area normally partner with Hospice East Rand on Mandela Day for its Bring-A-Thing campaign, where children bring a household item to school they no longer need for Hospice to resell in its charity shops.
This is the organisation’s biggest community drive for the year, and with all schools closed during level four lockdown these loyal schools that support Hospice East Rand annually are not able to.
