What’s for dinner? Pork bangers and loaded fries

Crispy slap chips, fried pork bangers and cheesy goodness. A simple and easy dinner, but oh-so-satisfying!

Serves 4 – 6

You’ll need: 1 packet Harvestime Slap Chips; a dash of oil; 6 Pork Bangers – fried and thinly sliced; 2 cups grated cheddar cheese; chopped spring onions; chopped parsley; 1 tomato finely chopped; salt and pepper to taste.

How to: 

Cook chips according to package instructions.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place the cooked chips in ovenproof skillet top with the sliced pork bangers, cheddar cheese and bake until the cheese has melted for about six minutes.

Remove from the oven and top with spring onions, parsley and tomatoes.

Season and serve.
