According to the police who made the arrest they followed up on information about the suspected illegal activity they received on Friday August 26. When the police team entered the house they caught the 30 year old suspect red handed as he was busy measuring off and packaging drugs into smaller quantities which the police believe to be Kat.
The police also apparently found a large stash of Rocks, Tik and other drugs in the house. A second suspect was also arrested in the house.

The drugs and cell phones that was seized by the Witbank SAPS valued at over R100 000.
The Nigerian was arrested and along with the drugs the police confiscated cell phones many of which are believed to be stolen.
“When people do not have enough money to pay for the drugs they would trade cell phones for drugs,” said one of the arresting officers.
Two of the phones have also been linked to other recent crimes such as robbery. The police also confiscated three vehicles belonging to the suspect.
The drugs that were seized have an estimated value of at least over R100 000. A case of dealing in drugs has been brought against the two suspects who were set to appear in the Witbank Magistrates Court on Monday August 29.
