No electricity for 6 October

Residents getting electricity from Del Judor Substation have to gear up for a day without electricity.

The municipal electrical department intends to carry out maintenance at the substation on Thursday, October 6 from 07:00 to 17:00.

The following areas will be affected by the shutdown: Del Judor Extensions 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 18, 20, 30, Edenpark, Patriot High School, Biekie Kaap Townhouse complex, Victoria Park, Witbank Ext 16, Pienaar Street, Midas, Klipfontein Post Office and Klipfontein Spar.

It is to be noted that the areas were identified on the date of publishing but can change as a result of ring feeds on the network; and the network should be treated as live during this period.
