Annual ladies gathering was a success
This year, the event was honored by multi award winner gospel artist, Takie Ndou, and Joyous Celebration gospel artist, Thobeka Mahlangu
Hosting such a spectacular event since 2014, Mrs Maria Nekhudzhiga is proud that the 6th annual ladies gathering 2019 was a great success.
The event was well attended as ladies in eMalahleni and surrounding areas came in their numbers to celebrate Women’s Day at Duvha Primary School hall on Friday, August 9.
“I believe in women and most are victims of rape and abuse, so the purpose was to comfort, motivate and to encourage them,” Mrs Nekhudzhiga said. She added: “We cried, worshipped, danced, prayed and we were left positive and ready to face the world.”
This year, the event was honored by multi award winner gospel artist, Takie Ndou, and Joyous Celebration gospel artist, Thobeka Mahlangu.
She stretched her gratitude to partners of the event and Tony Fruit and Vegetable Market for sponsoring the event.
She thanked all the ladies who attended and honored the event.
