And the winner is … Zama

And we have a winner in our midst. The beautiful Zama won the 16th season of Idols.

Over 180 million votes were the deciding factor and our Zama was clearly the favourite.

“Our hearts are still beating very fast. But we knew from the start go – we have a winner here,” said municipal spokesperson Mr Lebo Mofokeng.

Zama will become an instant millionaire, and win among other great prizes, Samsung products to the value of R150,000 and the all-new Toyota Starlet 1.4. XR Manual.

Part of the grand prize is a recording deal from Kalawa Jazmee, which is co-founded by the legendary Oskido.
