Time is ticking and still no new leads on missing men

Three local men are still missing and their families are searching for answers.

Three local men are still missing and their families are searching for answers.

WITBANK NEWS reported on these missing men numerous times so that the families of the missing men can get some closure.

Tankiso Jack Mokoena went missing on August 28 last year when he travelled from Ogies to eMalahleni with a friend.

Tankiso was last seen when he was talking to an unknown female in Jellico Street in the Central Business District.

He has not been seen or heard from since.

Tankiso is an African male aged 28.

He has black hair and brown eyes.

He is approximately 1.6m tall and weighs approximately 60kg.

Clothing worn at the time of disappearance was a white shirt, blue jeans and brown boots.

Another resident, Richard Gerhardus Schoeman has been missing since February 22 last year.

He was last seen as he left his residence in eMalahleni without indicating where he was heading to.

He did not take any personal belongings with him. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Richard is a white male aged 29 years with brown hair and green eyes.

He is of a slender build with broad shoulders.

He is approximately 1.7m tall and weighs approximately 70kg.

Clothing worn at the time of disappearance was blue jeans, a navy t-shirt and a cap.

In another case, Renier Koekemoer was last seen on November 8 last year when he left his residence in Blancheville, eMalahleni.

He has not been seen or heard from since.

Renier is a 47-year-old white male with hazel eyes and brown wavy hair.

He weighs approximately 72kg and is approximately 1,7m in height.

Renier has two tattoos on his left arm; a springbok and writing ‘Blou Bulle’.

Clothing worn at the time of disappearance was a black shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.

Renier is in the entertainment industry, singing at local events around eMalahleni and also goes by his stage name ‘Phillip Shaw’.
