Emalahleni – Get vaccinated here

The rollout has begun in various sites in eMalahleni and many elderly people have been vaccinated or are in the process of being vaccinated.

The Covid-19 vaccination roll-out phase two has begun. Various sites have been set out by the government to vaccinate citizens that wish to be vaccinated.

Phase one of the vaccine roll-out was aimed at vaccinating all health care workers in the country. The second phase of the vaccination roll-out is aimed at vaccinating persons over the age of 60.

The rollout has begun in various sites in eMalahleni and many elderly people have been vaccinated or are in the process of being vaccinated.

The current vaccination site in eMalahleni is Witbank Provincial Hospital

There are other vaccination sites only for those who are under assisted living. They are SAVF Immergroen and Mthimkhulu Old Age Home.

There are five ways to register on the Electronic Vaccination Data System:

  • Online at vaccine.enroll.gov.za.
  • Using the WhatsApp line 0600 123456
  • Via SMS by dialling *134*832#
  • Call the Covid-19 hotline on 0800 029 999.
  • Citizens can also use the new QR by simply scanning and following the prompts.

Two SMS’s will be sent to you to verify your registration and the exact date and venue where you will be vaccinated.
