Jonathan Manyaka was crowned Mr Mpumalanga on Saturday, June 5 at the Banquet Hall.
This 22-year-old young man from KwaGuqa said he was overwhelmed when his name was called amongst his fellow competitors.
Mr Manyaka said this moment has become a victory to him because he lost many competitions before, to mention few: Mr Elukhanyisweni High School, Mr TUT, and Mr Face of Emalahleni, but he did not give up, instead he kept pushing until God’s timing was right and he finally made it to Mr Mpumalanga.
He says this journey was not easy for him and it has taught him to never rush things, but to plan properly.
