Two brothers die in accident

The accident on the N4 on December 13 is a double loss for a Congolese family

Two brothers died in the tragic accident on the N4 yesterday morning.

A heartbroken Mr July Dibaya said his brothers Mr Erick Kongolo (37) and Mr Christian Nseka (41) were on their way to eMalahleni when the accident happened close to Vosman.

Christian Nseka (41).

According to the spokesperson for the Community Safety, Security, and Liaison Mr Kingdom Mabuza it appears that a driver lost control of his vehicle and found himself on the opposite lane which resulted in a head-on collision.

Dibaya said he does not know the exact cause of the accident.

He said his family’s life has been turned upside down.

We are from Congo and my elderly parents will not be able to attend my brothers’ funerals. Flying the bodies back to Congo is very expensive. My parents and my siblings are devastated. They are mourning the death of two sons,” Dibaya said.

He told WITBANK NEWS that there were two women in the car as well.

One of the women died on the scene but has not been identified yet, the other is in Witbank Hospital.

“This world is a better place because of the lives my brothers touched,” Dibaya said.
