Three accused of the death of Sergeant Kutu remains in custody

The late Sgt Kutu who was part of the SAPS Witbank Tactical Response Team was shot in his house

The three suspects that are accused of the murder of Sergeant Joseph Christopher Kutu in July this year, remain in custody.

The three accused; Patricia Mabojane Kutu, Vincent Bonginkosi Langa, and Xolani Peter Ndabezitha appeared in Witbank Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, December 28 for bail application.

The late Sgt Kutu who was part of the SAPS Witbank Tactical Response Team was shot in his house.

Accused number one, Langa abandoned his bail application.

The two other accused will be remanded until January 3, 2022, for the continuation of the bail application.
