[UPDATE] The bail application was refused for late Sgt Kutu’s wife

The three accused suspects, Patricia Mabojane Kutu, Xolani Peter Ndabezitha and Vincent Bonginkosi Langa will appear in court again on February 11.

The bail application of Patricia Mabojane Kutu was denied at Witbank Magistrate’s Court today.

Kutu appeared before the court to hear the outcome of her bail application – which was refused at the end of the court hearing and will remain in custody along with the other two accused: Xolani Peter Ndabezitha and Vincent Bonginkosi Langa, until their next appearance on February 11.

WITBANK NEWS earlier reported about the senseless murder of a former TRT member, Sergeant Joseph Christopher Kutu that was killed in his own home in July 2021.
