Vosman SAPS applauded for hard work

Men and women in blue were acknowledged for their hard work recently.

The South African Police Services (SAPS) have had a hard experience working ever since the pandemic started. The officials had worked double the amount of time that they would normally put in. From robberies, house break-ins, domestic violence, and many more horrifying cases, these officials needed to unwind and celebrate. The Vosman Police Station gathered to congratulate each other and have a great time together. The station held a Vosman SAPS awards ceremony on Friday, January 21 at The Ridge Casino.

The purpose of the event was to commemorate and honour all the employees of the station for the hard work that was put in for many years.

From detective of the year to the groundsmen and cleaners, no one was left aside.

Nkangala District Commissioner, Major General Lilly Lentsoane, praised the police at the station for the hard work that they have put in, and also commended the number of cases that they were able to close.

Vosman Station Commander, Brigadier Lindani Ndlovu, also handed over awards to the various outstanding men and women in blue.
