New Life Church took the initiative to host a makeover event for the homeless.
The Homeless Makeover Outreach was held on Saturday, February 26 at King George Park in the Central Business District (CBD).
The day was full of surprises for those in need – from nail grooming to a good plate of food.
“We’re so grateful for the amazing team of people who showed up this morning to show love to the homeless in our city. This is the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in motion ‒ love in action!” Tammy de Oliveira, one of the organisers said.
