Celebrating Portugal’s history and heritage right here in eMalahleni

The Portuguese community loves a celebration, especially on June 10. This is one of the most important dates of the year.

If there is one thing that was celebrated in style this weekend, then it is without a doubt celebrating Portugal’s national day.

Day of Portugal was actually celebrated last week on June 10, but in eMalahleni, this party was hosted at the Portuguese Hall on Sunday, June 12.

Guests were spoiled with homemade traditional Portuguese cuisine and the sweetest Portuguese puddings.
