Rugby trio from HTS, Witbank make the rugby field their playground
Three players from HTS represent Mpumalanga at the Pumas Academy Week 2022.
Abrie Brits, Prosper Tlou and Zian Jacobs are three rugby players who are making Hoër Tegniese Skool (HTS) very proud.
The trio were a part of the Pumas SARU u.18 Academy Week 2022.
The league took place while the schools were closed for the holidays, but that did not discourage the boys to play their best games.
Abrie Brits is in grade 11, Prosper Tlou is in grade 10 and Zian Jacobs is in grade 9.
The scores of the games were announced on the Pumas Facebook page, and they are as follows:
Pumas won 48 – 12 against Valke
Pumas won 87 – 17 against Limpopo
Pumas won 39 – 32 against Leopards
EP won 42 – 12 against Pumas
Pumas drew 25 – 25 Border
