February 14 is well-known to be the day of love, with school children walking into schools dressed in bright red and gifts in hand for their sweethearts.

Elkana Educational Centre is no exception to the loving rule, and students arrived ‘heartily’ with big smiles for the photo booth set up by the school.

Adding extra happiness to their students’ hearts, Elkana announced its 2023 prefects: Siyabonga Mahlangu (head boy), Charity Mangauye (head girl), Thando Mabuza (prefect), Nqobile Silarela (prefect), Mduduzi Mnisi (prefect), and James Harrison (prefect).

The day was a joyous and loving occasion, and the principal and teachers are extremely proud of their new prefects.
