Businessman from Ga-Nala shot dead – Police are looking for the suspect

The man died in the consulting rooms of a local doctor.

Police from Ga-Nala (Kriel) are looking for the suspect who fatally shot a businessman at the beginning of the weekend.

Constable Angel Makubu, spokesperson of Kriel Police said an eyewitness who was with the businessman at the time of the shooting said they closed the gate at the premises at around 11:00 on November 24, when an unknown man appeared.

 

According to Makubu the man pointed the gun at the victim, Paul du Plessis and shot him.

Du Plessis was rushed to the consulting rooms of a local doctor where he passed away.

The eyewitness was not harmed.
