Madressa Orphanage needs your compassion and contribution

Madressa Orphanage is looking for donations for school supplies and to finish building the orphanage.

Madressa Orphanage, a non-profit organisation (NPO) dedicated to providing shelter and sustenance to over 50 formerly homeless children, is reaching out to the community for support.

Founder Sontoyi Nyembezi expressed gratitude for the success of the MTU pageant held in December, which raised funds for the orphanage’s construction.

Sontoyi emphasised the ongoing need for contributions, especially with the upcoming academic year.

“We appreciate all the support we received, but we are still seeking more donations to complete the orphanage and meet the children’s necessities,” Sontoyi stated.

The orphanage is currently in need of school shoes and stationery for the approaching school year.

Sontoyi encourages individuals to contact Madressa Orphanage at 082 045 0084 to learn more about specific needs and how they can contribute to the cause.
