The spokesperson for the store said the man came into the store and got a few things.

“The man also took a plate of snacks from the deli and started eating it. The plate fell over in the basket he was holding and he refused to pay for it saying it fell in a dirty basket. When the teller told him he had already eaten from the plate and should pay for it, he still refused. They called me and the man tried to make a video of me when I asked him to leave the store,” was a comment from the store manager.

The store manager said they have all the video footage of the incident in the store.

Once outside the commotion attracted a lot of attention when the security officers got into an altercation with the man after he allegedly tried to take one of the security guards’ firearms.

Bystanders recorded the assault that followed.

“We are aware of the incident and following up immediately,” said a spokesperson from the security company.
