Treat your customers like a family

The Christian Business Community has regular breakfasts together and always has dynamic speakers encouraging business owners.

The backbone of every company is customer service.

Monica Joao, a well-known customer service expert did a presentation at New Life Church’s business breakfast on Friday, October 4, and said customer service is more than delivering a service, it is building relationships, nurturing loyalty, and ensuring your customer is satisfied.

“Effective customer service requires a combination of factors. And in today’s competitive market, providing excellent customer experience is crucial for retaining customers and driving business growth,” Monica said.

She said the golden rule is to listen to hear and not to listen to respond.

By prioritising customer satisfaction, companies can build a strong reputation, increase customer lifetime value, and create a positive and sustainable business environment.
