Nitza’s legacy lives on

A memorial service for Nitza will take place on Thursday, December 12 at 11:00 at the Witbank Methodist Church 1 Louise Street Del Judor.

The family of Nitza Speedie sadly announce her passing on December 3.

She passed away peacefully after a short illness.

“Our beautiful, incredible, multi-talented mom and accomplished artist, granny, great grandmother and wife of the late Jimmy Speedie fought bravely to the end,” was the message from her family.

A special word of thanks to the medical staff of Cosmos Hospital at the ICU Ward and the Medical Ward 2, Rapid Ready Supplies, Assisted Adult Home Care, White Rose Hospice, Dr Anchen Jooste and Dr Ratidzo Tadzimirwa for their outstanding dedicated care and compassion during the past few months.

*Jimmy and Nitza moved to the former Witbank in 1960.
