Led by seasoned news editor Zita Goldswain, this dynamic team of journalists has been making waves in the industry with their dedication, passion, and commitment to telling the stories that matter.

With a combined experience of over 50 years, the Witbank News team has established itself as a force to be reckoned with in local journalism.

From hard-hitting news stories to in-depth features and investigative journalism, this team has proven time and time again that they are the best in the business.

At the helm is Zita, a veteran journalist with 35 years of experience. Zita’s passion for journalism is evident in every story she tells, and her leadership has inspired a new generation of journalists to follow in her footsteps.

Joining Zita are senior journalists Simangele Khoza and Simanga Mkhize, who have both made a name for themselves in the industry with their exceptional storytelling skills and dedication to their craft.

Simangele, who started as an intern in 2022, has quickly risen through the ranks to become one of the team’s top journalists, while Simanga’s love for hard news and digital journalism has made her a valuable asset to the team.
