Come join the parkrun

A parkrun is a social circle whether you participate or volunteer.

Mapule Sindane School parkrun, a free community event, is happening every Saturday.

At this community event, you can walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate in a 5km parkrun.

It starts at 08:00 at Mmantwe Street in Extension 2 Kwa-Guqa.

This event offers unique value to your readers by offering them an opportunity for a blend of physical activity, community engagement, and personal development. It is truly for everyone.

The event director, Mphelang Vanessa Tshesane invites you to come join in the fun.

“The event is completely free to attend, just make sure to register on the parkrun website to get your parkrun ID,” she said.

You can contact Mphelang at: 079 506 4569.
