Pigs burn in N12 accident – road partially open

The Springs SPCA is on the scene.

Be careful when you are travelling on the N12.

A truck with pigs onboard caught fire at the Ogies/Kendal split.

Louwtjie Swart, accident coordinator of the Traffic Alert WhatsApp group said, “The smell is horrible. The SPCA from Spring is on the scene and they are making sure that all the pigs that are still alive, are taken care of.”

Swart warned motorists that the road is partially open.
