Witbank High dominates MD Coovadia in spectacular rugby victory

The champions from Witbank High secures ones win after the other.

The game was packed with intensity as both teams showcased their skills, but Witbank High ultimately emerged victorious, solidifying their reputation as a formidable force in school rugby.

On April 16, the match saw Witbank High executing strong defensive plays and strategic attacks, keeping MD Coovadia under pressure throughout. Spectators were treated to an exciting display of teamwork and determination, with the players giving their all on the field.

Fans and supporters erupted in celebration as Witbank High sealed the win, marking another successful chapter in their rugby journey. The victory boosts their confidence as they continue their campaign in the league, aiming for further triumphs in upcoming matches.

 

“We are the defending champions of the league, and we are excited to win this league again,” said Mr Bongani Naidoo, coach of the U16 team.

 

Following the match, Witbank High’s coach expressed his pride in the team’s performance, stating, “I am incredibly proud of what they have accomplished so far. They have shown great determination and teamwork, but I know I still need to push them hard for the upcoming matches. There’s always room for improvement, and we are ready to take on the challenges ahead,” said the coach.
