Traffic delays after crash on Voortrekker Road
Truck smashes into car at busy intersection, causing damage and minor injuries.
There were no serious injuries in the collision involving a truck and a car.
The accident called in earlier over the Zello-channel occurred at the Voortrekker Road intersection.
According to eyewitnesses, the truck hit the car as the driver, a woman, was attempting to turn.
Fortunately, the woman sustained minor injuries, but the car suffered significant damage.
The truck also sustained damage.
The incident has caused some delays in the area, and motorists are advised to exercise caution when driving through the intersection.
