The hockey is in full swing and the younger ones are enjoying every moment.
Primary school hockey players got the basics of hockey under their belts when Robert Carruthers School (RCS) played host to local primary schools on September 5 to kick-start a love for the sport from an early age.

The hockey fields were abuzz with action and mothers next to the field encouraging their little ones.
Mom Lebohang Mahlangu said this is the best platform to introduce children to the sport as it not only creates awareness about the possibilities of the sport but also teaches them about teamwork.
