Ntulikazi Trading offering service and developing people

As a company, they further seek opportunities so that the organisation would take all of them permanently on their books.

Ntulikazi Trading scaffolding and thermal insulation division is a Level 1 BBBEE certified black-woman-youth-owned company that is located in the Central Business District (CBD).

It offers services in the Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town regions. Their primary focus lies in the supply of scaffolding, thermal insulation, asbestos removal, tank cleaning, coating and industrial painting.

“As an emerging company through our in-house program of Works of Wonders (WOW), we felt a need to add value by developing 26 personnel from the Mpumalanga local community through our tight budget brought by the Covid-19 virus challenges in 2020. These individuals completed their courses in August 2020 and were officially handed their certificates on Tuesday, October 27 in scaffolding, thermal insulation and asbestos removal, ensuring that they are competent and compliant as a competitive edge,” said Mr Daluxolo Ngendane,
Managing Director of Ntulikazi Trading.

According to Mr Ngendane the students not only have the practical skills, but they will be empowered with the knowledge that will assist them to perform their duties beyond the required expectations. As a company, they further seek opportunities so that the organisation would take all of them permanently on their books.

“Through this WOW program, last year (in 2019) during winter, Ntulikazi Trading bought jerseys for 88 pupils at Duvha Primary School and further with the request from the community we have also bought blankets for the elderly people within the eMalahleni area,” added Mr Ngendane.
