Alleged Brackendowns Mandrax manufacturer’s case postponed

Due to his legal representative not being present, the case was postponed to December 2.

About a year after being arrested in his Brackendowns home, accused Thulani Mtotoba again appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on November 10.

Mtotoba’s arrest comes after a bust on what was believed to be a Mandrax manufacturing facility in his home.
He faces charges of manufacturing and dealing in drugs and is out on bail.

Due to his legal representative not being present, the case was postponed to December 2. He will then be given his next regional criminal court date for his case to be heard.
