WATCH: Brackenhurst Primary School learners’ early Christmas gifts to the elderly
Grade seven learners brought gifts to senior citizens housed at the Tuiste Vir Bejaardes – a retirement home in Alberton.
Christmas gifts came early for senior citizens at the Alberton Home for the Aged.
Grade Seven learners from Brackenhust Primary School brought gifts to the elderly to make them feel special for the festive season.
@albertonrecord Melody Pheiffer Toy who is a teacher at Brackenhurst Primary School commented on their visit to the retirement home in Alberton.
The learners read Bible verses for aged, said a prayer and sang three Christmas songs. Each senior citizen received a gift box containing toiletries.

The elderly were visibly pleased to receive a visit from the pupils. They enjoyed the song performances.
