Sentinel Security concerned over faulty street lights in Alrode South

Sentinel Security Operation finds it difficult to fight crime under the darkness.

The Sentinel Security Operation is complaining about street lights that are not working in Alrode South.

The area has turned dark and it is difficult for them to fulfill their duties during the evening and very easy for thieves to target the neighbourhood premises.

The dysfunctional Apollo lights are as follows:

• Corner Hennie Alberts and Ellies streets: Apollo number 52

• Corner Hennie Alberts and Statler streets: Apollo number 82

• In Weyers Street: Apollo number 68

• In Palmer Street: Apollo number 86

• Corner Hennie Alberts and Bosworth streets: no Apollo number

The Alberton Record has sent an inquiry to the City of Ekurhuleni for a comment regarding the street lights. The matter will be updated as soon as the comment has been received.
