Klipriver SAPS commitment to addressing a safe learning environment
The school has been sending reports to Kliprivier SAPS complaining regarding learners.

The Kliprivier SAPS has taken action on the reports of the disrespect of learners to parents and teachers.
Kliprivier SAPS social crime prevention, crime prevention wardens, patrollers, community safety brigade, and auxiliary social workers from Agape Lerato visited Thomas Nhlapo Primary School on March 11 for a school search and talk.
The school sent reports to the Kliprivier SAPS, complaining about learners disrespecting the school bus driver and a learner threatening to assault their mother.

During the school search, the team searched 300 learners and 10 classes – from grades four to seven. They distributed 200 pamphlets and confiscated 12 scissors and six hair combs.
The team then addressed the learners, talking about bullying issues and demanding learners to respect their teachers and parents.
The school search and talk demonstrated Klipriver SAPS’ commitment to addressing a safe learning environment.
