WATCH: Alberton Damesklub enjoys musical morning with talented learners

The ladies enjoyed a heartwarming morning of music and fun thanks to the talented marimba and choir groups from St Catherine’s School.

The Alberton Damesklub recently held its monthly gathering at the Alberton Retirement Village hall in Kritzinger Road, Florentia.

It was a special morning, made even more memorable by a performance from learners of St Catherine’s School in Germiston.

The ladies were treated to a lively marimba and choir performance that brought smiles to the audience.

The prestigious Marimba group, led by Abri Venter, and the prestigious choir, directed by Lisa Parkin, impressed everyone with their energy and talent. The learners were excited to perform and clearly enjoyed entertaining the ladies.

“It was a special performance, full of vibrant energy, which we thoroughly enjoyed,” said Dr Beatrix Van Der Walt from the Alberton Damesklub. “A big thank you to their music teachers, Abri Venter and Lisa Parkin, and most importantly, to the learners who spent their morning with us.”
