Health enthusiasts kept fit while enjoying a fun-packed programme during Alberton Sports and Fitness Club’s year-end family fun day event on November 25.
Locals and members of Alberton Sports and Fitness Club joined in on the fun as the New Redruth gym held its year-end family fun day event over the weekend.
The well-attended event was aimed at promoting healthy living and celebrating members of the gym through their many activities. Numerous events such as aerobics, spinning, CrossFit, Zumba, and a weightlifting competition were hosted on the day.

The gym’s sales and marketing manager, Otis Blume, encouraged residents to live a healthy lifestyle.
In partnership with the business centre, he said they aimed at reviving the community and empowering residents by creating opportunities along with their sponsors.
