Step-by-step process

If you are dissatisfied with any content published on our site or want to make a request or formal comment relating thereto, please complete the form below. Clearly describe the nature of your complaint, request or formal input and, if possible, upload supporting documentation or screenshots to help us assess the issue.

Alternatively, you may email your complaint, request or formal submission to complaints@caxton.co.za. Be sure to include:

– The nature and details of your complaint
– Relevant URLs or content references
– Any supporting documentation

Response time

We acknowledge all complaints within two (2) working days. A full response will typically be provided within 3-10 working days, depending on the complexity of the issue.
